Child Custody Evaluations

It is generally recognized that it is in parents’ best interests to develop their own parenting arrangements whenever possible. I become part of the process when the parents’ own attempts to resolve these issues have reached an impasse and an evaluation is needed to assist the court in determining the child’s best interests.  In an effort to gain additional helpful perspective concerning a parenting plan for your child, I am asked by the court to conduct an evaluation.  Please be assured that, difficult as this process may be, my evaluation is designed to promote resolution of family conflict so that everyone can move forward with life.
